Who Can Raise a Grievance
Candidates, clients, vendors, employees, and website visitors may raise a grievance relating to our recruitment practices, data handling, workplace conduct, or any other aspect of our service.
How to Raise a Grievance
Grievances can be submitted in writing to grievance@hireclove.com, including a description of the concern and any relevant supporting information.
Our Process
On receiving a grievance, HireClove will:
- —Acknowledge receipt within 3 business days
- —Assign the matter to an appropriate internal owner for review
- —Investigate and, where needed, seek further information from the complainant
- —Communicate an outcome or resolution plan within 30 days of receipt, or provide an update if more time is needed
Confidentiality & Non-Retaliation
Grievances are handled confidentially, and no candidate, employee, client, or vendor will face retaliation for raising a genuine concern in good faith.
