India's female labour force participation rate rose from 23.3% in 2017-18 to 41.7% in 2023-24 (PLFS, Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation) -- real progress, but still short of India's potential. As a women-led workforce solutions firm, we see this as core to our purpose, not a side initiative.
